Please arrive before class starts; at least 20 minutes to change to uniform and prepare for warm up exercises. Uniforms and are provided following registration, however, please prepare workout clothing, socks, and kung fu style shoes for the first week. The instructor follows a sequence of exercises to warm up the body, build strength and flexibility, all building up to individual training and advancement. The class is more or less divided into two hours, the first hour includes all students participating in class training together and the second hour students will focus on individual and personalized training. The instructor will pay close attention to each students individual progress and will be observing daily condition, as well as weekly and monthly overall improvement. We encourage each student to bring a water bottle, small towel and a gym bag. Out of respect for your instructor, please allow 24 hours notice if you are going to be absent from class. Also please let instructors know about any limiting health conditions or ailments prior to each class and the instructors will alter the class routine accordingly.
